Sometimes a family’s home is beyond reasonable repair. Larry and Ginger’s 83-year-old home had floors that sloped and sagged, an unlevel foundation, ceilings that bowed, and a leaky roof. The cost of heating and cooling their home had become unsustainable. Larry and Ginger also needed handicap modifications to help with daily living activities.
